His work focuses on intimate, character-driven stories that tackle complex personal challenges, blending his love for visual storytelling with literary adaptations. Passionate about Eastern European cinema, Timofey is dedicated to programming and showcasing films from this region, aiming to highlight and amplify the stories of Eastern European communities worldwide.
